Job Description:
eComFixR is seeking a talented and experienced eCommerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving our clients’ online shopping experiences, driving conversions, and maximizing revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user journeys, implement data-driven strategies, and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
– Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.
– Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
– Create and manage personalized customer journeys, using segmentation and targeting techniques.
– Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to design and implement website enhancements.
– Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRO and eCommerce.
– Provide CRO recommendations and strategies to clients, tailored to their specific business goals.
– Work closely with digital marketing teams to align CRO efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
– Prepare and deliver clear and insightful reports on CRO performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in eCommerce CRO, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
– Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
– Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
